How to use the sling correctly

    (1) For serious lifting and lifting projects, it is necessary to develop construction plans and safety measures, after the disclosure of the front quasi construction.

    (2) when the weight reaches the rated load of lifting machinery, more than two lifting machinery lifting the same object, lifting fine, not easy to lift large pieces, in complex places to stop heavy lifting, crane under the high voltage transmission line or near the work, must apply for safe construction work ticket.

    (3) The lifting machinery should be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, the operation room should be laid with insulating rubber pad, it is forbidden to store flammable materials.

    (4) Tower crane and other overhead cranes, should be reliable lightning protection installation.

    (5) Crane work should have unified command and signal, command should be stopped by flag and whistle, should not use walkie-talkie command and contact alone. The commander should be an experienced veteran.

    (6) Before the crane starts and lifts each movement, the driver should give a signal, irrelevant personnel should separate the operation area. When heavy objects are being lifted, no person shall stand on the heavy objects being lifted or on the lifting arm.

    (7) The crane is strictly prohibited to stop three movements at the same time. Stop only one action at a time when the weight is close to its rated load. When the cantilever crane is at full load, it is forbidden to lower the lifting arm.

    (8) When the crane is finished working or is in the process of sudden power failure, the controller should be restored to zero first, and then cut off the power supply.

    (9) In case of heavy snow, fog or thunderstorm, the lifting work shall not be stopped in the open air. When lighting is lacking on the spot, lifting operation should be stopped.

    (10) In case of strong wind of level 6 or above, the open lifting operation should be stopped.

(11) When lifting large pieces, they must be tied tightly. The hanging point of the hook should be on the same plumb line as the center of gravity of the hanging piece. The hook wire rope should adhere to the vertical, strictly prohibited in the deviation of oblique hanging. When dropping the hook, avoid the lifting parts landing on the ground to cause the lifting rope to deviate, and do not release the hook until the lifting weight is fixed.

    (12) Explosives and risk products (tightening gas cylinders, acids, alkalis, combustible oils, etc.) shall not be lifted. When lifting is necessary, secure safety measures should be taken and the engineer's approval should be obtained before stopping.
